Tim Elsea has held five supervisory positions in public works over the past 20 years, and one of his dreams for the future is to write a book about leadership in public works and to teach classes about leadership in the public sector. Tim Elsea’s success in public works is thanks to his philosophy of efficient planning and developing, cohesive leadership, and public service. He hopes to teach others about his experiences and would like to publish a book about his life and experiences working in the public sector.
