While Tim Elsea has achieved so much throughout his life thus far, he still has many dreams for his future, including:
- Writing a book on leadership in public works position. Tim hopes to help energize others and improve the perception of public servants in all domains.
- Visiting new locations abroad. Tim yearns to explore the lands of New Zealand, Tahiti, and Costa Rica.
- Volunteering. Tim enjoys dedicating his time to serving others and dreams of volunteering with Engineers Without Borders in the future.
