Throughout the years from 1995 to 1997, Tim Elsea served as a Civil Engineering Technician at Tealey’s Land Surveying in Boise, Idaho. During his time in this role, he was delegated with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Accountable for monitoring the quality assurance and control for sewer, water, pressure irrigation, and storm drainage installation on numerous sites.
- Designed infrastructure for roadways, sewer and storm drainage, and pressure irrigation arrangements.
- Developed subdivisions and use permits.
