Tim Elsea has worked in Montana, Idaho, Washington, and Oregon in various public works roles, primarily as a director. His work has improved the lives of countless residents of the Pacific Northwest, and Tim Elsea spends his free time taking advantage of the many outdoor activities available in the area. Tim Elsea is a former skydiver and was a member of the Dixie Skydivers of Clemson University, participating in the Collegiate National Skydiving Championships of 1979. Today, he spends his leisure time mountain biking and snowboarding in the Pacific Northwest.
