Tim Elsea has a successful professional history in public works thanks to his education and experience in civil engineering. Tim earned his Civil Engineering degree from Clemson University in 1991, and went on to secure a land surveying position. Eventually, Tim Elsea’s dedication and professional excellence led to several director positions in various public works departments across the Pacific Northwest. He put his civil engineering experience to the test in Bonner County, ID, Missoula County, MT, Lewis County, WA, and Lane County, OR as Director of Public Works.
