Tim Elsea has a servant’s heart and has spent his life in service to others. As a young adult, Tim Elsea answered his nation’s call and enlisted in the United States Army, serving for four years and earning an honorable discharge. Shortly into his career, he made the move to work in the public sector as a civil engineer, dedicated two decades of his life to managing public works projects, improving the cities’ utility systems, and making the lives of those living there better.
