As a public works director for Sandpoint, ID, Tim Elsea oversaw a lot of projects and people. He managed 65 full-time employees in multiple divisions or departments, including the Solid Waste Department, the Waterways and Parks and Recreation Department, and more. He helped track all state and federal grants his departments were eligible for. Under his leadership, Bonner County Public Works crafted long-term plans for managing several waterways in the county. Tim also led development on local ordinances for public waterway use.
